Completed this build for a very special customer who is a lifetime New York Giants Fan….my Dad!
\nBuilt this rod using a a Rogue SS904 9′ 6-10# blank. He wanted a split grip design and really liked the feel of the Fuji VSS reel seat. He chose awesome Fuji Alconite guides for the build. Of course, he wanted the rod built in New York Giants team colors. The first guide of the rod has a special trim band design which came out great with the two contrasting colors.
\nThe rod came out great and I delivered it to him yesterday before the game. He couldn’t be happier with the rod, and the fact that the Giants are going to the Superbowl in 2012!!
\nCant wait to see this rod doubled over with a steelhead on it!!!<\/p>\n
